God Didn't Make Us To Be Poor People:
In today's economy there are not many people who wouldn't like to make some extra money. Unfortunately with the pace of living its almost impossible. Its just enough to fill a full time job to make ends meet.
More and more families are opting to tighten the belt and have one parent stay at home to look after the kids while the other goes out to work. This often means a sacrifice in many of the extras that one may have if money is not so tight. Its frustrating because you may feel that you and your family are being financially punished for wanting to stay home and raise you children. In a way with the cost of living at what its at, that's what is taking place.
As Christians it may be all that more difficult in finding part time work because of the moral restraints we set.In many ways it narrows down our choices but it doesn't mean there aren't any.
The good Lord gave us a brain, and often we fail to use it to our fullest capacity. At least I know I do. I don't believe that God meant us to live in poverty or just scrapping through because we are Christians. Just look at how difficult it is for us to have to do without some of those things in life. Perhaps a family vacation for example. We're adults and learn to adjust and we expect our youth to. We tell them its all in the name of Christianity. It is one of the driving forces that tend to send young people running from their relationship with God.
Don't get me wrong here I am not for one minute suggesting that we base our Christianity on our material things, nor should we encourage our young people to believe that way. What I am saying is that we need to quit being so passive about our financial situation and get up and do something about it.
We can do that by being innovative and doing something for ourselves. There are many home based businesses both on and off the internet that one can start. Many of them don't even require money for start up. If this has given you some food for thought then go here and learn about some things you can do to start earning some extra income.
